Here's a fast and easy weight loss program that'll allow you to lose weight consistently over a long period of time. This works especially good for women.

Before I get to the program, I have to warn you that this will take a little dedication on your part. But if you're willing to try this, it's almost a sure thing you'll lose weight.

1. Eat 3 apples a day no matter what

Apples are a great food to eat often because they're high in water content, low in calories, filling, and they have 5 grams of fiber each. If you were to do nothing else but eat 3 apples a day, you'd lose 2 pounds a month for a few months.

2. Do hindu squats to burn off weight fast

Hindu squats are fast-paced squats without weights. You can easily do them at home. Just squat up and down as fast as you can while keeping your back relatively straight. Be sure to swipe or touch your finger tips to the ground with each repetition. If you don't touch the ground, that repetition doesn't count.

Do 100 repetitions a day for the first week. Increase to 200 repetitions a day during week 2.

3. Start off everyday with 3-4 eggs

The protein in eggs is believed to be the highest valued protein out of all foods. Since protein is a natural metabolism booster and you're basically waking up from a "starved body state", eggs are the perfect choice.

4. Spin around like a child
